We would like you to research these operating costs as part of your proposal. Standard operating costs can probably be obtained through general research.
What happens at the end of 12 months?
The 12 month reward assumes a long-term relationship will be established. In essence, the award winner will be signing a five-year lease and such lease agreement will know that during the first year of the lease, free rent is being provided.
What is the rent following 12 free months?
The rent will be $3,500 /month, NNN.
